Step 1

Request an estimate by emailing us or entering your design information via our Quote/Order Custom Designs or Order Stock Fonts Typeset forms, also accessible through the tab links above.

Step 2

Follow the payment link in our emailed response to confirm your order by making a payment from your Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Bank Account or PayPal Account.   A payment receipt is automatically sent to your email as proof of your deposit.

Step 3

Your design is then digitized during the turnaround time you've requested, and your design files, a printout with stitching details, and paid invoice are emailed to you as attachments to complete the order.

Upon receiving your files, we ask that you sew a sample on similar fabric and stabilizer to what will be used in producing your finished product, to verify that you are happy with the file.   If any adjustments are needed in a file, just ask us to edit it.   All quality related adjustments are free of charge, and are completed as quickly as possible to minimize delays to your schedule.   When contacting us about a design, providing enough information about your design requirements and materials the design will be sewn on usually prevents the need for editing, but surprises can happen.   We want you to know your digitizer will work with you on every order to make sure your design always looks it's best.
